Ibarra, EdD from College of Education Central Luzon State University, Philippines.
As feature speakers, we will have Mei-Hui Liu, B.Ed., M.A., Ph.D. from Tunghai University, Taichung, Taiwan; Dr. Ir. Suciana Wijirahayu, M.Pd. from Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA, Indonesia.
