On-Site Mode
Presenters can attend and present their papers at the conference venue. On-site presentation is dedicated only for local presenter. Each participant is given 10 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q&A session
The conference fee for on-site mode presentation:
Local Presenter: Rp. 750.000,- (main/ first presenter) and Rp. 750.000 for the co-presenter (certificate cost included)
The room capacity for all presenters is 35 people only
Virtual presentation and pre-recorded session
Presenters opt to deliver their presentation online (via Zoom platform: 10 minutes presentation and 5 minute Q&A)) or video-recorded presentation. In the later, presenters must video-record their 10-15 minute presentation (in mp4 file type) and send it to the conference committee. The committee will then present their video in a pre-recorded session with a moderator.
The conference fee for the virtual presentation and pre-recorded session:
Local presenter: Rp 300.000,- (first and co-presenter) (certificate cost included)
Foreign presenter: $USD 20 (first and co-presenter) (certificate cost included)
Participant only (non-presenter)
Local participant: Rp. 100.000,- (for certificate)
Foreign participant: $USD 5,- (for certificate)
Local participants wish to attend the conference at the conference venue is charged for Rp. 100.000,- (The room capacity for all participants is 15 people only)
Foreign participants wish to attend the conference at the conference venue is charged for $USD 5,- (The room capacity for all participants is 15 people only)
