UICELL 2019 is the third appearance of Uhamka International Conference held on November 21st – 22nd 2019 at the Sekolah Pascasarjana UHAMKA, Jakarta, Indonesia.
The theme of the second conference was “21st Century Professional Development for Language Teachers”
Four speakers were participated in the conference, such as Robert Kleinasser from Arizona State University, Prof. Kazuyoshi Sato from Nagoya University of Foreign Studies in Japan, Changtarath Hongboontri, Ph.D from Mahidol University in Thailand, and Prof. Gunawan Suryoputro from University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA.
